9. Right of Withdrawal

10 Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all the money we received from you, including the costs of delivery (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will execute the above refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. "We are entitled to delay the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you sent back the goods, whichever comes first." In case of repeated returns by the consumer, www.medichain.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept a return of a product, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products (art. 281 CC). In this case, the consumer is charged with any costs incurred due to the abusive exercise of his rights.
11. Order Cancellation

16. Order delay
