The www.medichain.gr is the online store for the exhibition and distribution via the Internet of the products of the Greek limited liability company "XENOFON GERMANOS S.A." addressed exclusively to businesses to meet their own needs only.

Modifications do not cover orders that have already been placed and accepted in accordance with the terms hereof.

 "XENOFON GERMANOS S.A."  is committed to the completeness and validity of the information provided on the www website. medichain.gr, both in terms of the existence of the essential characteristics that are described on a case-by-case basis for each product available, as well as for the accuracy of the data concerning the services provided by the online store of "XENOFON GERMANOS S.A.", subject to any technical or typographical errors that have escaped attention or have occurred unintentionally or due to any downtime of the website due to force majeure.

2. Limitation of Liability

4. User Responsibility

5. Security

"XENOFON GERMANOS S.A." recognizes the importance of the issue of the security of your Personal Data as well as your electronic transactions and takes all the necessary measures, with the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure your maximum possible security. 7. Purchase of Products

On the shelves of our online store, you can find disposable medical products.

To facilitate your search, we have divided our products into 10 central categories. Each category has subcategories, which appear in  the top column of your screen. Our goal is to reach the final product with 3 clicks. In case you are looking for something specific, use the "smart" search, which will lead you directly to your specific choice.

"XENOFON GERMANOS S.A."  makes every effort to provide high quality services. However, cases of errors in prices and secondary characteristics of products cannot be ruled out and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no downtime of the website or "human" errors when updating / indicating the price of a product. For the safety and effectiveness of your purchases we call you if you find that a product is offered in unusual low or high price in relation to its market value, before proceeding with its order to contact the Customer Service Department at 210 6916258 or through the contact form of the website.

After the registration of your order, you will receive an automated e-mail which will state the details of your order. After the order has been processed by the online shopping department, you will receive the second and confirmation e-mail with the products when they  will be sent to you. From this point the contract between us is concluded.

During the progress of your order, you will receive a series of automated e-mails, which will report the progress of the order. These messages concern the following steps:

• Registration of the order

• Routing for delivery

In case your order is pending then you will be sent a corresponding e-mail and / or SMS. Alternatively, we will contact you on the phones you have given us when registering or registering the order on our site.

There is no way to disable these updates, the sending of which is a prerequisite for the proper progress of your order. We invite you to ensure that these e-mails  can reach you and that you keep them throughout our transaction. It is your obligation, in case you do not receive the relevant e-mails, in accordance with the general terms governing our transactions, to inform us without delay. Your products are delivered as soon as possible and in any case within a time not exceeding thirty days from the conclusion of the  Contract. Exceptions are products with Delivery status Pre-orders, Expected Soon and On Order, for which there is a separate delivery update.

8. Withdrawal / Return – Replacement of Products

Finally, "XENOFON GERMANOS S.A."  has towards you all the obligations provided for in the Civil Code for the seller. Especially in case of defect of the product we sell you, you can (a) request its replacement with another unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs (b) request the reduction of the price and (c) withdraw and be refunded the amount with your payment method , unless it is a minor factual defect. The above obligations do not exist in case the defect has been caused by you, or by force majeure in the strict or broad sense. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and the documentary evidence of receipt. These obligations of "XENOFON GERMANOS S.A."  are time-barred within two years of delivery of the product sold. In all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the  originalpurchase invoice. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.  status, together with all documents accompanying the product (e.g.  Commercial Invoice, etc.). Before each return, it is recommended to consult with the online store of "XENOFON GERMANOS S.A." These terms do not limit in any way the provisions of the legislation on consumer protection.

9. Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation in accordance with Greek Law 2551/1994 (as amended by C.M.D. Z1-891/2013).

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which you acquired or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired physical possession of the goods. 

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the limited liability company under the name "XENOFON GERMANOS S.A.", based at KRIMAIAS 11-15, 11526 ATHENS, for your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form without this being mandatory. 

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. The products purchased must be returned in their original condition accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g., Commercial Invoice, etc.)    

The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 3e to 3k of Law 2251/1994 does not apply a) to the supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire soon, b) to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, c) to the supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized and d) to the supply of goods which, after delivery, by their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements.

10 Consequences of withdrawal 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all the money we received from you, including the costs of delivery (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.  We will execute the above refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. "We are entitled to delay the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you sent back the goods, whichever comes first." You must send back the goods or deliver them to our physical store, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day you told us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The necessary handling is carried out compulsorily in a way in which you would be allowed in any physical store. 

In particular, for the return of products and money: 

a) Refund: 

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment, i.e., if a transaction has been made by card, then the refund will also be made to the card and not by transfer to the customer's account.

Especially in cases of payment by you by cash on delivery to your company, or in any case it is not possible to return money by the means you used in the initial transaction, the refund of your money, in case of withdrawal, will be made, upon request, by deposit in your bank account without your own charge. 

b) You can return the products in the following ways: 

1. You can send the product to the warehouses of the Company "XENOFON GERMANOS S.A.", at No.3 Ersis Street, 11146 Galatsi. After packing the product, if it has been unpacked, with its packaging materials, enclose the sales document (e.g., COMMERCIAL INVOICE, etc.) as well as the withdrawal form you received attached to your order confirmation e-mail (or by FAX). Suggest for the shipment the use of the transport company that delivered the product to you. 

In case of repeated returns by the consumer, www.medichain.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept a return of a product, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products (art. 281 CC). In this case, the consumer is charged with any costs incurred due to the abusive exercise of his rights.

11. Order Cancellation

Without limiting the provisions on Withdrawal in Article 9, the cancellation of the order may be made in the following cases: Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can "back" and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the "remove" button. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped you can callit easy. 210 6916258 or send an email to info@medichain.gr and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order. After receiving the product, call  us at 210 6916258 or contact us via email at info@medichain.gr, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our partners will serve you immediately and will inform you about all your options. In case your order has already been invoiced but not delivered and you wish to cancel it then contact the Customer Service Department at 210 6916258 and provide the details of your order. However, the status of the order will not change on your account page.

Attention! The shipment of the products of the order is made only after the confirmation of the deposit.

The online store of "XENOFON GERMANOS S.A." accepts credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Your transactions in our online store are protected by maximum online security systems  (SSL-256 bit and digital certification by Verisign,  Inc. .) which guarantee a secure trading environment in most of the world's 500 largest businesses.  For purchases with your credit / debit card follow the  instructions in our online store. You will be asked to fill in this number and expiration date as well as the 3-digit number (CVV) printed on the back of your credit/debit card.

In case the order is made in the data and on behalf of a company then the credit / debit card you use must be corporate. That is, it must have been issued in the details of the respective company.

Delivery dates and times:

The delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 17.00 pm for Athens*, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and throughout Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lasithi and Rethymno). For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of each Transport Company apply. 

Receipt of products:

As long as you place your order by 14:00 pm. Monday - Friday, delivery takes place on the next working day.

For the rest of Greece (in the Capitals of the Prefectures) deliveries are made within 2-3 working days, if the products of the order are available.

14. Shipping costs

For orders over 300 € shipping costs are free.

For orders under 300 € there is a shipping charge, which is calculated according to the total weight, volume, location of the recipient and the size of the parcels of your order.

15.  Pricing Policy

In your online account at www.medichain.gr The listed prices are your own exclusively agreed prices.

In any case, although we make every effort to accurately indicate the data, characteristics and prices of the products we list in our online store, we cannot exclude the possibility of typographical or technical errors in prices and product characteristics.

There is a possibility that a mistake has been made when updating the price of the product and it presents an unusually low or high price. Please in case you see such a product contact us before ordering this product.

16. Order delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has been delayed to be shipped by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers either domestic or international. But there are cases where an order of ours can be "stuck" at customs or in its transportation, as a result of which we do not have it in our warehouses when we calculate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately after receipt in our warehouses.

The product you ordered has already been removed and is not available.

In times of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.

In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g., your information you have entered is not properly updated. In any case, the delay shall not exceed thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.

17. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

"XENOFON GERMANOS S.A." pays special attention to serving the needs of consumers and solving any problems they have from their transactions with us. However, in the event that we cannot fully resolve any issues that you have and you consider that to any extent any of your rights from the transactions between us is offended, you can seek the resolution of any disputes by resorting to the Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) as provided in article 14 of the Regulation 524/2013. You can submit to the ODR for resolution any dispute you may have. The National Contact Point for ODR in Greece has been designated the European Consumer Centre of Greece for information on which and for the resolution of disputes can be found at ec.europa.eu/odr you can also contact the Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr). The above does not in any way limit the rights that both you and we have to resort to the competent courts.
